Avana Wellington-如果您只是改變主意，美容和激光診所對購買產品實行“不退款”政策。

治療/服務不得轉讓給其他個人或診所。

預付費治療
如果您預先支付治療費用，您將根據預付款時間表節省一定金額。預付款項不予退款，也不能轉讓給其他個人，治療區域或診所。預付款的有效期為12個月（少於10個療程）或18個月的有效期（10個或更多療程）。任何預付費預約的取消都需要48小時的通知。如果您在48小時內取消預付費約會，或者不參加約會，則該治療將被沒收。您通過購買預付費治療方式同意這些條款。
Free Consultation Policy
We offer a complimentary initial skin assessment consultation for first-time clients. This 20-minute consultation is designed to help us understand your skin concerns and recommend suitable treatments.
Please note the following terms:
1. First-Time Clients Only: The free consultation is available only for first-time clients.
2. Duration: The free consultation will last for a maximum of 20 minutes.
3. Subsequent Consultations: Any subsequent skin assessment consultations will be subject to a fee for the next 20 minutes. Please get in touch with us for more details on the applicable charges.
